The 23-year-old forward pulled one back for Bayelsa United through a brilliant freekick in the 83rd minute before doubling his tally in the 87th to salvage a point for the Prosperity Boys.
It’s now an interesting race for the NPFL24 Golden Boot, and as it stands, Robert Mizo and Sikiru Alimi now lead the Golden Boot race with nine goals each from 11 games.
Despite the draw, Mizo and his teammates remain deeply rooted at the bottom of the table in 19th place with just 10 points, while their visitors remain in 8th with 16 points.
Looking ahead, Bayelsa United, who are now without a win in their last six games, will now be looking forward to their South-South Derby game against Rivers United on Sunday.
